This news story shares highlights from a February 2022 Five Eyes event hosted by IGCC’s Catalyst initiative, in partnership with San Diego-based trade leadership from Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. The multinational panel explored the implications of autonomous systems, quantum computing and communications, advanced materials, and bio-health science for security and the growing rivalry between democratic states and authoritarian regimes.
